2. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that the goods handed over are lawful and permitted for transport under Indian laws.
- Goods must not include prohibited, dangerous, or restricted items (e.g., explosives, hazardous chemicals, contraband).
- Goods must be properly packed to withstand handling and transportation.
- Customers must provide correct details for pickup and delivery.
3. Company’s Liability
- The Company shall take reasonable care in handling and transporting goods.
- The Company shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by unforeseen events such as natural calamities, accidents, strikes, traffic restrictions, or government regulations.
- Liability, if any, is limited to the extent mutually agreed in writing with the customer.
4. Insurance
- The Company does not automatically insure goods.
- Customers are responsible for arranging insurance coverage for their goods, if required.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
- Any personal or business information shared with the Company will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Indemnity
- Customers shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, penalties, or damages arising due to unlawful goods or incorrect information provided by the Customer.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City].
