Mr. Jayesh Rao brings a strong combination of academic grounding and extensive industry experience to his leadership role, supported by an MBA degree in Logistics. With nearly two decades of professional experience across reputed national and international organisations, he has developed a well-rounded perspective on supply chain management, customer engagement, and evolving market dynamics. His exposure to multiple business environments has enabled him to understand not only how logistics operations function, but also how customer expectations, competitive pressures, and economic conditions shape business decisions.

He began his professional journey with FedEx in 2005, where he gained early exposure to global logistics practices, international service standards, and structured operational processes. This foundation helped him develop a disciplined approach to logistics execution and customer service. He subsequently worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, where he further strengthened his understanding of large-scale corporate operations and cross-functional coordination. His long and impactful tenure at Mahindra Logistics Limited from 2010 to 2019 marked a significant phase in his career, during which he built strong expertise in business development, key account management, solution design, and operational planning for complex supply chain requirements.

Following this, Mr. Rao held leadership roles at Sadhan Enterprises Limited between 2019 and 2020, and later at Ford Motors from 2020 to 2023. These roles allowed him to broaden his experience across diverse industries, business models, and customer segments. Working across manufacturing, enterprise logistics, and mobility-driven organisations further enhanced his ability to adapt strategies to different operational and commercial contexts, while maintaining a strong focus on performance and customer satisfaction.

In his current role as Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Rao is responsible for expanding the organisation’s market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth. His approach blends data-driven analysis with practical field-level insights, allowing him to design strategies that are both realistic and scalable. He works closely with internal teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities, ensuring consistent service delivery and brand credibility.
